This is a serious problem... Our system of law, based on English Common Law, gives us two precious rights: 1) the presumption of Innocence, and 2) the right to a trial by a jury of one's peers (LOL). THESE RIGHTS ARE NOT PRESENT IN CIVIL LAW SYSTEMS (like Latin American systems).
The presumption of Innocence puts the entire burden of proof on the prosecution, and that depends on the sanctity of jury protection from outside exposure.
