His series AFTER LIFE was amazing because he was his irreverent self and on the surface it was comical - but by the time it ended you realize how sensitive and insightful it really was.

I think in our current hyper-sensitive culture, Ricky was basically sticking his toe in to test the water with his new show and going after transgenderism ESPECIALLY right now is very courageous. Once he sees that he can get away with it - I think he will be more himself, as he was in this brief interview!
