Agreed, I was really looking forward to it watched it the other day well he definitely does not need the money but I'm sure they made him an offer that he could not refuse
I feel the same way about Jerry that you do. Saw him here in Salt Lake City and it was one of the best nights of laughter & joy. So sad to start watching the movie and stopping half way thru cause it was so unfunny. Would love it if you could interview him regarding everything happening in Israel and his views as a Jew.
Seinfeld the TV show was brilliant for depicting the lives of self-centered NYC yuppy natives. Not only them, but their parents. I knew these people. My in-law relatives were similar. Also I loved the writing. Every show came around at the end perfectly like a bow, tying everything together. For me as a writer I admired that. I don’t understand how he’d approve a script as you now describe for a movie. Something doesn’t add up.
Glad, that review was short. Maybe, it's his close connection to TDS, and resident toilet seat head nudnik, Larry David, or the fact that I just don't find that "Seinfeld" holds up (save for a few episodes), Jerry is a big ole yawn for me.
I know comedy is subjective, just like art, music, fashion, etc., but give Nick DiPaolo a listen? 😃
Fascinating response, considering the timing. Do you know Greg Carlwood? Or does your inspiration just feed from the same place? You both have unexpected bad energy, extremely thin-skinned for such positions of presumed transparent moral authority. Thank you for your telling & insightful reply!

I don't know. Maybe it's like the musician who trys to paint. He has creative talent and assumes he can do all things creative.
Actually, I'm going to Google the last Seinfeld, to see why it was so universally forgettable.

There was an interesting scene making fun of the moon landing, which happened after the time period this movie is supposed to be set in..
Wish I would have seen your review before I tried to watch it. Love Seinfeld, but this movie's terrible.
PRO TIP: Stick to politics
Pro-tip: Fuck off.
Ouch. lol
Only in "Ad hominem"-land. Only very shallow thinkers see this as a "gotcha," but go for it.
I thought I told you to fuck off.
Thank you, Raheem. 🤭

What?
Bro, go back to writing about ouija boards or something. I'd call you myopic but God already got there.
The final episode of Seinfeld eludes me - but the image of
a living ravioli escaping through an air duct is going to linger.
I know, I want to see the movie now just for that.
